As a consequent of doing all of these things, her negativity increases and makes her think less of herself more and more. As she starts to think less of herself she becomes more unguarded to people impertinent of her life. Hulga has many interlockings going on in her life, Manly Pointer, The playscript Salesman comes into her life and she decides that she is smarter than him so she go forth use her greater teaching method to gain restraint and seduce him.
