Compulsory service should be requires after placement tributary graduation. Therefore, the arm forces would lose a better miscellanea of an age group, and much knowledge and more advanced skills and then thirdhand grads.
Secondary grads are too young to achievement in the workforce. Which the majority of them are around the age of 17 or 18 or if they are 18 they do not fit the physical and educational requirements. I h unitarystly do not rally secondary grads have what it takes to be mentally and physically tough. oneness of the reasons is because most of them still leave with their parents and have not viewed career on their own.
However, I do believe post secondary grads do have what it takes to be mentally and physically prepared. They are more mature and have more experience and have been alone or on their own for years or months and do not mind it. What if the arm forces realise aside the secondary grads to a foreign country and they had to watch what they go through everyday? All the hardships, sorrow, pain, and suffering and this will train them to value their country.
What if they saw a lot of dead bodies by the road?



Secondary grads will not have been able to handle it because they are not use to it and probably do not understand half of the things that are going on. nigh of them would rather have soul baby them up and educate them everything step by step. I am pretty trusted no one in the workforce dose that nor do they have time for it. The compulsory service need someone who is smart, well rounded, and who can handle things on their own.
Some one that is more advanced in jobs and education and their not secondary grad. Education is one of the many things the compulsory services look at. Statistically speaking studies institute that there are more high domesticate drop outs then college.
